How do I cook stuffing in an electric roaster?
My oven will be full tomorrow. I haven't ever used a roaster for anything like green bean casserole or stuffing, but it will greatly help if I can tomorrow. I do not have the racks that go inside the roaster, so that is my biggest concern. Is it a good idea? What temperature? How long (approximately)? Will it dry out too much? Help!

As you can imagine, I possess a whole lot of recipes. Even if you took away my cookbooks, I could still cook a new recipe every night for at least a year - probably two - just from my recipe files. I am always looking for recipes.

News to use: Ford City Hose Co. 1 cooking breakfast

The Ford City Hose Co. 1 will host an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the fire hall. Cost is $6. Menu will include scrambled eggs, French toast, pancakes, sausage, home fries, sausage, gravy/biscuits, orange juice/coffee.

Angelo State University focused on the contributions of faculty and staff at the annual Black History Month celebration Wednesday in the Houston Harte University Center.

An Autism Speaks fundraiser sponsored by the Ford City Ambulance Service from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Wendy's, Hilltop Plaza, East Franklin. Wendy's will donate a portion of the profits to the fundraiser. Event will be held only during those hours.
