I just signed up for this membership at Ladies Premier Fitness and I signed a contract but now I dont want it?

How much do I have to run approximately each day to eat basically whatever I want and still lose weight?
I'm starting a workout Monday at Premier Fitness. They have soo many machines and a wonderful facility. It's a workout that my dad has madeup that includes a lot of weight lifting but also has a lot of cardiovascular exercise with the treadmill machines and such. I was wondering how much do you think you'd have to run approximately each day to not worry about your diet and still lose weight? We have extremely tight volleyball uniforms we're wearing next fall and it's very unflattering. I'm 5'11" and not too big, pretty slim actually, but still have some problem areas (stomach and thighs mainly). Anyway, I'm not that great at keeping a diet or even eating that healthy. I eat a lot of fast food and I love chocolate ice cream but I do like fruit. However, I'm not good at eating very strictly, I've tried. So I was just hoping I could run a certain amount in order to lose weight, not worrying about the eating aspect. The key is losing weight fast... I have the summer to do it. Any thoughts?

Personal Trainers - cost and guarantees - Toronto?
Are ther any personal trainers in Toronto? I'm thinking of getting one. I'm a member at Premier Fitness and they charge 50 bucks per session and they can finance this yearly or through 6 months. Has anyone here had a personal trainer before? Any thoughts/results? How much do fitness trainers regularly cost? Is 50 bucks for a one hour session reasonable?
