Here is my case
They had Scott Hall impersonated in the HBK Kennedy skit. He was in the Raw banner for Greatest Raw Superstar. I have seen Raw show at least 5 clips of Razor Ramon when they had Raw's 15th anniversary. Never before have I seen WWE show Scott Hall so much. I actually think WWE should sign him. He could come back and attack HBK and they could have HBK vs Scott Hall in a Ladder match. It makes sense.
